domestic shipping
We ship by courier to anywhere on the island of Ireland on art pieces sized up to 53cm x 53cm. You will receive an email when your order is received and again when the order is shipped. If your payment is not received within three days the order will be cancelled. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping with your order, we will get in touch immediately. Larger framed pieces incur a delivery charge as a separate shipping company is used for these.
If you would like to have your order shipped by registered post this is with priority handling and requires a signature on delivery,
A tracking number will be provided to you to track your item online and insurance can be arranged on your item if you would like. There is an additional charge for registered post, to arrange registered post and insurance please email [email protected], quoting your order number, as soon as possible after placing your order.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the delivery on these as with glass it could break, we do package them with every care and we use a courier service for the larger pieces. All our frames are made locally and are solid wood with a solid wood spacer.

Small framed pieces are sent by standard post, Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the delivery on these as with glass it could break, we do package them with every care and use glass protection tape. Large framed commissioned pieces - we use a shipping company who package our pieces and it is recommended to pay the 2% fee of the price of your piece which will insure it against any damage. All our frames are made locally and are solid wood with a solid wood spacer.
Unframed pieces are packaged carefully and are wrapped in cello wrap to keep it free from dirt, it is recommended you do not remove this until framing, the cello wrap should be removed carefully as it may be static. When you receive the package please open it will care, it will be labelled which is the front side. If you do not pay for insurance we cannot replace a piece that gets damaged in transit. Once delivered we cannot take any responsibility for how the piece is then handled etc. we do recommend how best to frame it and are happy to answer any queries you may have before doing so.
taxes & import duty
There is no import duty on original pieces of art in most countries any import duties charged lie with the customer. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on printed pieces, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return the piece within 2 weeks to request an exchange or refund.
we can only issue a refund when we have received your item in perfect condition, showing no signs of wear and tear and in it's original packaging. a refund will be issued within 2 working days of receipt of the item. we reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is no longer in new or saleable condition. unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund personalised or commissioned pieces.
We cannot exchange or refund any of our products purchased at one of our stockists.
We recommend that returns are sent by registered post (or suitable equivalent) as we will not be able to issue a refund if we do not safely receive your items. unless there is a fault with the product, you will be liable for the cost of returns, we cannot refund the shipping cost to return it to us.
